CONSULTANCY SERVICES

The NCCF set up a Consultancy & Promotional Cell now called Research and Development Wing (R&D) in the year 1972 with the financial support of the Government of India for providing technical guidance and assistance in different fields of management to the consumer cooperatives with a view to improving their commercial operations and managerial skill in different areas like Management Accounting System, Wholesale & Retail Management, setting up of Self Service Department Stores, Education & Training; preparation of Project Reports for modernising retail operations and providing spot guidance to the retail outlets besides preparation of Project Reports for rehabilitation of sick consumer cooperatives on the recommendations of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies of the concerned State.

The NCCF has set up four Regional offices of the R&D at Okhla, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai at the following address:-
